The information you provide may be disclosed to persons who have a contractual arrangement with Great Southern, including employees, contractors and Great Southern authorised representatives and the licensed financial planner through whom you have lodged an application. Information will not be disclosed beyond this group of people unless you have provided written authorisation that we may do so, or unless required or authorised by law. In this regard, you should be aware that details regarding your name, address, amount invested, allotment details (plantation and lot number/s) and date of issue of your interest(s) in the Great Southern Plantations project(s) are public information as contained on the Register of Growers which must be disclosed if requested.
The information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which it was intended, unless you have consented to the information being used for a secondary purpose, or as part of the normal operations of the company with which you are dealing. What is considered part of normal operations varies from company to company within the Group. Great Southern takes all reasonable security measures to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, destruction, misuse, modification or disclosure. As far as permissible under law, Great Southern accepts no responsibility for the unauthorised use of personal information held by it.
