Cameron Rhodes - Chief Executive Officer
Cameron Rhodes is Great Southern’s Chief Executive Officer, with overall responsibility for the management of the group. A chartered accountant, Cameron joined the company in April 1999 following 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a director in the business services division. He is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, a fellow of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

David Griffiths - Chairman
David Griffiths was appointed non-executive Chairman of Great Southern in July 2005. David has an extensive background in investment banking, including 14 years experience in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory work, most recently as Division Director of Macquarie Bank Limited and previously as Executive Chairman of Porter Western Limited. David is currently a non-executive director of ThinkSmart Limited which trades as RentSmart and Advanced Nanotechnology Limited. David is also a Pro-Chancellor of the University of Western Australia and sits on the board of the Perth International Arts Festival. David holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Economics from the Australian National University. |

Alice McCleary - Non-Executive Director
Alice McCleary joined the board as a non-executive director in March 2003. Alice is a chartered accountant and company director, based in Adelaide. She has a long professional background in corporate taxation practice, and was a member of the secretariat to the Ralph Review of Business Taxes. In 2001/02 she was National President of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Alice is also Deputy Chancellor of the University of South Australia, a member of the Takeovers Panel, a director of National ICT Australia Ltd and a director of Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance Inc.

John Young - Non-Executive Director
John Young is a founding director and controls private companies that are substantial shareholders of the Great Southern group. An accountant by profession and with a Masters Degree in Business Administration, John has an extensive background in the superannuation and funds management industry in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Peter Mansell - Non-Executive Director
Peter Mansell joined the board as a non-executive director in November 2005. Peter has practiced as a business lawyer for 34 years, and has a wide range of experience in corporate matters. He was a corporate and resources partner of legal firm Freehills from 1988 to 2004 and at various times has been the Freehills National Chairman (1995-2000), Managing Partner of the Perth office (1992-2002) and a member of the firm’s National Board (1989-2002). Peter has had extensive experience in the corporate / commercial sector, including mergers and acquisition, capital raisings and stock exchange listings, foreign investment issues, drafting of agreements and undertaking due diligence procedures. Peter is currently a director of a number of companies including Zinifex Ltd and Bunnings Property Management Ltd. |

Mervyn Peacock - Non-Executive Director
Mervyn Peacock joined the board as a non-executive director in April 2006. Mervyn is a highly experienced investment manager with extensive experience across the full range of asset categories. Mervyn commenced his career with AMP in 1964, and held a number of positions with the company in Australia and overseas. Mervyn was appointed Investor Relations Manager for AMP Ltd in 1997 and further went on to be AMP Capital Investors' Chief Investment Officer (1999 - 2005). Mervyn has extensive experience in the corporate sector, including investment and portfolio management, corporate governance and the undertaking of due diligence procedures. Mervyn has a high profile in the area of corporate governance including previous membership at the ASX Corporate Governance committee (resigned January 2006) and has been proactive in increasing the level of dialogue between institutions, companies and investors. Mervyn holds positions on the board of a number of companies, including: Equatorial Mining Limited and Reckson Australia Management Ltd. |

Neil Hackett - Company Secretary
Neil joined Great Southern in January 2004 to oversee Great Southern’s compliance with investment-related regulatory requirements and to assist with the Group’s corporate secretarial, ASX and ASIC obligations. Neil has 14 years funds management experience, including eight years regulatory experience with the ASC/ASIC and two years as Senior Investment and Compliance Officer with one of Western Australia’s largest Master Trusts. Neil holds a Bachelor of Economics, post graduate qualifications in Investment and in Financial Planning, and is an Affiliate of the Chartered Secretaries Institute and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. |

Simon Martin - Chief Financial Officer
Simon is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the Group’s financial and accounting strategies, practices and policies. Simon also oversees the Group’s risk management practices. Simon has a Masters degree in mathematics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK before moving to Australia in 1992. He joined Great Southern in November 2003 bringing with him 15 years financial, accounting and commercial experience, which included management positions in big four chartered Accounting firms and mining-related and technology-based companies. |

Julian Dayman - Corporate Operations Manager
Originally from Perth, Julian spent five years with Macquarie Bank in its Investment Banking Group in Sydney initially and, for the last three and a half years, Hong Kong. Whilst at Macquarie Julian worked across a range of industries with experience in equity capital market, merger and acquisition and project financing transactions. Julian returned to Perth in August 2004 to join Great Southern as Corporate Operations Manager with responsibility for corporate actions in Great Southern’s forestry, horticulture and cattle businesses. Julian also has responsibility for a variety of special projects. |
