The Receivers and Managers, on behalf of GSMAL, the Responsible Entity for the 2007 and 2008 Almond Scheme, are calling Meetings of Scheme members.
The Meetings will be held at the Wesley Conference Centre, 220 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000 on 24 February 2010 at the following times:
GS 2007 Almond Income Project - 11.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time
GS 2008 Almond Income Project - 12.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time
The purpose of the meetings is for:

GSMAL to explain its reasons for wanting to retire as RE of the Scheme. As Growers are aware, GSMAL is insolvent and cannot operate the Scheme; and

Growers to consider the terms of a proposal to by Rural Funds Management Limited to become the new Responsible entity of the Almond Schemes.
All Growers on the member register as at 5pm AEDST on 25 January 2010 will be sent a meeting package containing the following information:
